Pav Bhaji

Pav Bhaji has to be most interesting preparation of mix vegetables. Pav Bhaji is a typical street food from Mumbai, it is mashed vegetables cooked in special spice blend topped with loads of butter and served with buttered pav (Bread)

I love Pav bhaji, it is my absolute favorite and have done many trials at home to get that perfect taste and consistency. This is my version of the street food

Thai Red Curry

Thai food is a perfect combination of exotic fragrant ingredients and spices wonderfully balanced to give your palate a unique experience.

During my stay in Singapore, I got an opportunity to try authentic Thai food and it was the start of our love affair which only got stronger with my visit to the “Land of smiles”, yes that is what Thailand is called, again if you have such beauty around and this wonderful food to eat who wouldn’t smile!!

This curry is the vegetarian version using everyday vegetables in a spicy red curry balanced beautifully by coconut milk.

Stuffed Capsicum and Tomatoes

Bell peppers or capsicum are my absolute favorite , such beautiful colors and health benefits they have, are perfect to add crunch in your food.

Here is one of my favorite Bell pepper preparation, stuffed with tangy potato mash, it makes a perfect side dish for your meal!

So here it goes, I made this for my Mom and Dad and they absolutely loved it.

Paneer Adraki

Paneer (Cottage cheese) is a part of Indian food, we love it in curry, a perfectly stuffed paratha of paneer can be described as a piece of heaven in every bite!

I am a foodie and I it is not a secret that I love going out and exploring various places and taste newer food, during one of such escapade I came across this wonderful combination of paneer and a rich gravy called “Paneer Dhaniya Adraki” and I instantly fell in love with this wonderful combination of a rich gravy mildly spiced by ginger and other Indian spices.

Here is my version of the curry I love!

Spinach Beetroot Kofta Curry

Spinach and Beetroot both known for their health benefits along with health they add beautiful contrasting colors to your plate. In this recipe I have tried to combine these 2 colors and create a healthy and nutritious curry, as healthy food can be tasty as well.

This is a healthy version so no cream or butter is added, if you want you can finish gravy with cream

Kadhai Aloo (Spiced Potato Curry)

This potato curry is one of the simplest recipe, it is inspired from Kadhai Paneer a traditional curry made of Paneer (Cottage cheese) and capsicum.
